Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Dialo account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

• Open Dialo and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete account and confirm. For security you may be asked to sign in again first.

Your account is then permanently removed from Firebase Authentication (email address, display name, user identifier and sign-in provider).

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, write to smetin.karaduman@gmail.com from the email address of your account. We delete the account within 30 days.

Data on your device

Practice history and settings are stored in the app on your device, not on our servers. To remove them, clear the app's data (Android Settings → Apps → Dialo → Storage) or uninstall the app.

What is not deleted by us

• Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Purchase records are kept by Google Play under its own rules, and invoicing records we must keep by law are retained as required.
